A warm welcome to celebrate Easter at Charlottenlund Gårdshotell!
This year we will be serving a sumptuous buffet with platters on the tables where you are sitting. It will be served in four rounds with the best that the kitchen has to offer. How about the following:
Bread and butter are available on the tables.
Only when you arrive will the Easter Bunny serve our own Easter mulled wine! With or without alcohol.
Plateau number one:
Several different kinds of herring, salmon, Västerbotten pie, Ingers good salmon lasagna, sea cheesecake, boiled potatoes, sour cream and chives.
Plateau number two:
Smoked lamb roast, Easter ham, air-dried ham, wood-fired loin, herb sauce and country pate with Cumberland sauce.
Plateau number three:
For this parade dish, we will serve locally produced with both lamb and beef in different variations. It is served hot with the following accessories; potato gratin, butter-fried charlotte onions, red wine sauce and béarnaise sauce.
Number 4. Large dessert plateau
Now we open up to the next salon where we have set up with a large cake table, Ginger's famous Easter cake, coffee, tea etc.
There will be an Easter egg hunt for all children under 12. Maybe some eggs have been hiding among the alpacas?

Children under 3 years free of charge - then 35 SEK per year up to 12 years.
