Celebrate Easter at Charlottenlund!
A warm welcome to celebrate Easter at Charlottenlund Gårdshotell
This year we will be serving a sumptuous buffet with platters on the tables where you are sitting. It will be served in four rounds with the best that the kitchen has to offer. How about the following:
Bread and butter are available on the tables.
When you arrive, the Easter Bunny will serve our own eggnog. With or without alcohol.
Plateau number one:
Several different kinds of herring, salmon, Västerbotten pie, Ginger's tasty salmon lasagna, cheesecake of the sea, boiled potatoes, sour cream and chives.
Plate number two:
Smoked lamb roast, Easter ham, air-dried ham, wood-fired loin, herb sauce and country pate with cumberland sauce.
Plate number three:
For this main course, we will serve local produce with both lamb and beef in different variations. It is served hot with the following accessories; potato gratin, butter-fried charlotte onions, red wine sauce and béarnaise sauce.
Number 4. Big dessert plateau
Now we open up to the next salon where we have set up a large dessert table, Ginger's famous Easter cake, coffee, tea etc.
