A warm welcome to celebrate Easter at Charlottenlund Gårdshotell

This year we will be serving a sumptuous buffet with platters on the tables where you are sitting. It will be served in four rounds with the best that the kitchen has to offer. How about the following:

Bread and butter are available on the tables.
When you arrive, the Easter Bunny will serve our own eggnog. With or without alcohol.

Place number one:
Several different kinds of herring, salmon, Västerbotten pie, Ginger's good salmon lasagna, cheesecake of the sea, boiled potatoes, sour cream and chives.

Location number two:
Smoked lamb roast, Easter ham, air-dried ham, wood-fired loin, herb sauce and country pâté with Cumberland sauce.

Plate number three:
For this parade dish, we will serve locally produced with both lamb and beef in different variations. It is served hot with the following accessories; potato gratin, butter-fried charlotte onions, red wine sauce and béarnaise sauce.

Number 4. Big dessert plateau
Now we open up to the next salon where we have set up with a large cake table, Ingers famous Easter cake, coffee, tea etc.

Children under 3 years free - then 30 SEK per year up to 12 years.
